Jake and Josh wanted something from their friend Andy, so in return Andy wanted something. A new girl named Mica who walked with her dog. Andy thought if he could borrow Jake's dog, Lance to meet her. When they went to Jake's house Jake's sister Jessica was with Lance and Jessica said he might have to go to obedience school again. They asked Jessica to borrow Lance, she said yes. Every time Andy got close to Mica Lance always went the wrong way, so Andy wanted Lance and Jake to switch bodies. It was possible because their science teacher made a transfer intelligence machine, which switches bodies. Mica's dog, Foo Foo fell in love with Lance. Then, Jessica came and she took Lance, so he could go to obedience school and Foo Foo also was going the same place. They all left the cruel obedience school and went home. Jessica and Lance came home to disaster, she had found out about the switch and was determined to know the truth. Andy and Josh convinced Jessica he was normal. Josh took Lance and Jake on a walk and went to go find Andy. Andy was at Mica's house. They got him to leave and they went back to school and changed back. Andy held his part of the deal and gave them things the wanted.

I thought this was a good book, but it was sorta strange how he can switch bodies with others. It was a funny book in all.
