The Da Vinci Code follows Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon and cryptologist Sophie Neveu as they escape from the French police after being falsely accused of murder (in Sophie's case, assisting the so-called "murderer"). Throughout their journey, they try to solve a code that could unravel a secret that goes back for centuries, a secret about the Holy Grail.
