First, Artemis is a 13 year old boy (only child) who has the highest IQ in all of Europe and is very rich. In this book, he learns respect for his mom, dad, and his best friend (his only friend) Butler, his bodyguard. He also learns appreciation. Now to the other part of the story. The main part of the story is Artemis searching for his father. He needs help from fairies. But, before that, in trade, he and Butler have to help the fairies track down an evil fairy and pixie before they take over the underworld. I enjoyed this book because of the action.
